Free Parkinson’s Educational and Social Event

You are invited to attend a free Parkinson’s event in Willmar this coming August!  This educational and social event will provide community support for those living with Parkinson’s disease.  It will feature presentations on Parkinson’s Friendly Communities, LSVT Big and Loud and interactive exercises.  Snacks and refreshments will be served.

A Parkinson’s Friendly Community consists of community leaders, business leaders, exercise facilities, retail shops, church leaders and more to have basic awareness training of Parkinson’s symptoms to make those living with Parkinson’s in the community feel welcome and included.  A special thanks the National Parkinson’s Foundation of Minnesota for hosting this free event!
