Our comprehensive-care campus provides an environment where residents are able to remain connected to the community, lifestyles, and foundations they’ve built together over a lifetime. Bethesda North Pointe is designed to serve the needs of the area’s aging community through individualized living options, health and wellness services, and modern amenities.
Bethesda North Pointe, located along Peterson Parkway, includes 70, thoughtfully designed senior apartments grouped into neighborhoods. These individual apartments, named after lakes in Kandiyohi County, include three neighborhoods with varying degrees of services. Click on a link to learn more about each neighborhood:

This comprehensive housing model ensures that as residents’ health needs change, they will be able to remain in their apartment households and receive increased health services and a greater level of nursing care.
This aging-as-desired housing model is planned to uniquely empower residents to embrace their personal lifestyle choices while providing access to tailored health-related services within the campus continuum. Bethesda strives to keep residents within their local communities and couples living together longer.
Drawing on the vibrant energy of Bethesda’s Willmar campus, Bethesda North Pointe includes a town center concept, featuring a chapel, café, activities area, indoor play spaces, library, and salon.
The new campus includes a Wellness Center, which is an extension of our Club Bethesda health club/fitness center in Willmar. Future development plans include the addition of a warm-water therapy pool and an indoor court for campus and community use.
The ground was broken in October 2019, and Bethesda North Pointe opened in October 2021. Built on 11 scenic acres, the new campus enables Bethesda to continue providing its quality programs and services to West Central Minnesota seniors.
Bethesda has a long history of serving the Willmar community and surrounding area. For more than 125 years, Bethesda has set new standards in quality of care for seniors and their families. Bethesda has always been at the leading edge for aging services in West Central Minnesota. Now, we embark on our next challenge: To transform the way senior housing and wellness services are delivered in northern Kandiyohi County with Bethesda North Pointe.
