Bethesda North Pointe, located at 500 Peterson Parkway in New London, will host a grand opening celebration and community open house on September 29 from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., launching Bethesda into its 125th-anniversary celebratory year beginning in October.
The new senior lifestyle development, recently completed by Marcus Construction of Willmar, boasts the best of senior living including independent living, assisted living, memory care, and advanced care assisted living.
Bethesda extended its holistic wellness focus on the entire spectrum of each resident’s well-being, from their physical and emotional health to their needs for socialization and spiritual connection throughout the entirety of campus design.
Features include a chapel, public café, and state-of-the-art wellness center with a public health club and outpatient physical therapy. Future plans for the wellness center include constructing a warm-water therapy pool and an indoor pickleball court.
Bethesda North Pointe features 70 private apartments for residents ranging from independent living to a wide array of customized health services for those living with chronic health concerns. There is also a specialized area of the campus that is comprised of 18 apartments in a neighborhood model design that is specifically dedicated to residents with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia.
Those interested in viewing the new Bethesda North Pointe location are invited to an open house celebration on Wednesday, September 29, from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. This event will follow available state and federal COVID-19 guidance.
Additionally, Bethesda North Pointe is creating more than 55 new jobs in the northern part of Kandiyohi County.
