Development partners have been named for Bethesda’s recently announced $15 million senior living project coming in New London, Minnesota.
Willmar based Marcus Construction has been awarded the construction management contract for the 100,000+ square foot project and will provide pre-construction and construction management services. Marcus also recently completed the Town Center renovation at the Bethesda Grand Willmar Campus, including the new 250 seat Carrie’s Chapel and Town Center destinations. Marcus Construction will work alongside Pope Architects of St. Paul and Lori DeAntoni Interior Designs of Annandale, to design a modern care and lifestyle senior living campus.
The development of a new comprehensive care campus was initiated by Bethesda’s board of directors in response to the shifting demographic of the surrounding areas and its strategic mission to provide excellent health services to West Central Minnesota seniors within their home communities.
The new campus will boast a beautiful landscape setting located off of Peterson Parkway, while remaining accessible to the neighboring Carris Health medical clinic and community resources.
