Club Bethesda Partners with Ridgewater Nursing Students
Club Bethesda partnered with Ridgewater College Nursing Students to host a Wellness Workshop at Club Bethesda this last spring. Students taught a variety of exercise classes to individuals attending this free event, including Balance Basics, Safe Stretching, Tai Chi, Chair Yoga and Mediation.
