Bethesda Grand is a 212-bed, skilled-nursing facility located in Willmar, Minnesota. We provide a neighborhood atmosphere and have single and double rooms available, each offering a private bathroom, some with personal showers. We welcome residents to make Bethesda Grand their new home and encourage residents and their families to bring items from home to decorate and add their personal touch to their new home.
Skilled-nursing services are provided 24/7 by registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants and trained medication aides. All staff receive on-going education and training on a variety of subjects specific to improving quality of life of residents.
Staff provide quality care by allowing residents to make their own choices and to remain as independent as possible. Licensed nurses and nursing assistants are assigned to a primary group of residents. By providing primary care, staff becomes familiar with the needs and daily routine of each resident. This plan for providing care also enables staff to build a relationship of trust with the residents and their families.
