WCDAN session: Dementia Friends

The West Central Dementia Awareness Network is offering a free Dementia Friends session, where people will learn how to become a Dementia Friend to someone struggling with memory loss. The presentation teaches about dementia, how dementia affects people and their day-to-day lives, communication tips, and the small ways you can make a positive difference for someone living with dementia. No registration is necessary. Everyone is welcome. The session will meet at the Willmar Public Library, upstairs conference room.
