We want to express our sincere gratitude for the support and understanding that loved ones of our residents and tenants have shown during these past six months. As we continue to further our knowledge about coronavirus (COVID-19), we felt it was time to modify our infection control measures.
Effective immediately, Bethesda will no longer place a 48-hour hold on items delivered to residents and tenants. This modification allows loved ones to drop off items or have deliveries made to residents and tenants for their immediate enjoyment.
As always, we will continue to look for ways to enable positive and meaningful impacts on the daily lives of those we serve.
