WILLMAR — Bethesda’s skilled nursing facility, known to the community as Bethesda Grand and Bethesda Club Suites, has received a five-star rating from Nursing Home Compare, a web-based resource from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid that allows consumers to evaluate their choice for skilled nursing facilities based on quality measures, staffing and health inspections.
Ashley Bormann, Licensed Nursing Home Administrator at Bethesda, reflects on this landmark accomplishment. “We’re privileged to be able to serve our community and proud to offer unparalleled services and amenities for the spectrum of senior care needs. This 5-star rating recognizes Bethesda’s commitment to excellence and quality and is a testament to the work and devotion of our talented, compassionate and professional team of caregivers.”
Recently, Bethesda has undergone a dramatic transformation of its Willmar campus by consolidating its skilled nursing facility to one campus and its current Town Center construction project. “This award goes far beyond any of what these walls can offer. It truly reflects the excellence set forth by our team to provide the best in individualized, person-centered care to those we serve,” Bormann continued. “To achieve this rating during a standard year of operation is an honor, but to do it during our largest year of change is even more humbling.”
Bethesda’s is the largest skilled nursing facility in rural Minnesota, with 248 licensed beds that are crafted into smaller neighborhoods on one centralized campus.
