As time passes, people’s healthcare and housing needs evolve. Bethesda offers a variety of senior living options designed to make sure your loved one is safe, cared for, and socializing with others.
Bethesda welcomes residents and tenants in our esteemed independent housing options, our assisted-living services, and our memory care. Housing options are available in Willmar and Olivia. By summer 2021, we also will open a new senior housing campus in New London.
Bethesda offers a full continuum of care for older adults. We understand individual needs vary — while some seniors look for a community setting where they may continue to live independently, others need skilled nursing care. Thanks to the many alternatives we offer, all may find a home with us.
Our continuum of care means that as independent or assisted living tenants’ health needs change, they do not have to leave the Bethesda campus, but rather, may move to long-term care for an increased level of service.
Services include skilled nursing care, a short-term care/rehab therapy program, independent and assisted living, income-based independent living for seniors, adult day care services, home health care and an active wellness center designed and available to people age 50 and older who are Bethesda residents and tenants, as well as those living in the community.
Bethesda is a diverse campus that reflects our area’s races, religious and ethnic backgrounds. People from many walks of life come together at our facilities, sharing views and experiences and learning from one another.
A person’s living situation is personal: What’s right for one person, might not be for another, as wants and needs differ. In addition, moving can be difficult – downsizing can bring additional stress, and finding the best place to live can be a big decision.
To help people work through the process and to ease concerns, Bethesda’s Welcome Center staff are available to answer questions and provide guidance without sales pressure. Experienced admissions coordinators staff the Welcome Center and are available to answer questions.
The Welcome Center is a one-stop-shop where people can call, and we will listen, offer support and provide information.
