We hope you can join Bethesda for a free Community Open House on Thursday, August 13th from 1:30p.m. to 3:30p.m. The open house will be held outside between Bethesda’s Sunrise Village Assisted Living and Centennial Square buildings. (Park in lot on 9th Street SE). There will be free ice cream treats, a live broadcast from Q102, music, a classic car display from the Willmar Car Club, free wellness screens, a bake sale and tours of the campus! Ice cream will also be available indoors on the Pleasant View/Heritage Center campuses for residents and family members who are unable to attend outside. Community members, residents, tenants, clients, family members, wellness center members, staff and the general public are invited to attend.
Musical entertainment will take place in the Pleasant View Dining Room at 2:30pm for residents and anyone else who would like to attend. Heritage Center ice cream treats will be available in their outside shelter area (indoors if weather doesn’t permit).
Information and renderings will be displayed on Bethesda’s new building project and campaign. Staff will be available to answer any questions on the project and tours will be offered on the Pleasant View and Heritage Center campuses for anyone interested in learning more.
A bake sale will also take place during this event with table locations in the Pleasant View lobby, Heritage Center lobby, Club Bethesda entrance and outside by the ice cream social. If you would like to donate baked goods for the sale, please contact Cindy Wilkens at 320-235-4891 or drop your goodies off at Club Bethesda by Wednesday, August 12th at Noon. (Staff will price).
100% of proceeds raised from the bake sale and free will donations will go directly toward support of the Investing in a Healthy Future Capital Campaign to benefit our residents, tenants and clients through the building project.
We hope to see you there!
