Club Bethesda

Club Bethesda is designed to meet the needs of adults 50 and older. This age restriction will be waived for anyone who has a medical condition and their physician’s approval. In addition to serving Bethesda’s residents, tenants and clients, Club Bethesda is available to members of the greater Willmar community.

Club Bethesda is equipped with state-of-the-art exercise machines that are specifically geared toward the older adult for ease of use.

Exercise classes offered at Club Bethesda include circuit training, water aerobics, yoga, aqua arthritis, sit and be fit, and cardio fusion.

Warm Water Pool

The 92-degree water is ideal for persons with chronic pain issues such as arthritis and joint pain. Water aerobics classes are also available. The pool  has a wheelchair accessible entry ramp and an underwater treadmill. Usage of the pool is included in the Club Bethesda membership.

Nutrition counseling is also available and analyzes various health needs with regard to diet and exercise.

Health insurance reimbursement per month is available for eligible BCBC, SilverSneakers, Health Partners, UCARE, Humana and Preferred One
